You can use brain breaks to start your day, anytime children need a positive physical activity, after lunch or for indoor recess on days with bad weather.

When I perform any of my brain breaks songs in concert, children love it. Dancing Star is no exception.

My brain breaks songs can be used in physical education classes too. Teachers love how the children have to stop and put their hands to their ears to listen carefully. This is a great song to teach children about following directions.
