Benefits of Training
For those who believe that their bodies are ready to perform dance and engage in Latin dances may come to find just how demanding these types of dances are on the body.
They may find themselves gasping for air and light headed in just a few minutes into the dance. If you have ever considered becoming prepared in this area one will be shocked at the result. By performing Latin dance, the body is introduced to a number of body isolation moves whereby muscles are stretched, built, and toned and several specific areas of the body are targeted such as the arms, feet, hips, shoulders, hips and more. Here are a few body isolation exercises that may help:
• The Cradle-serves to develop control in the hips.
• The Cradle and Loop-performed similar to the cradle with the addition of upward loops performed by the hips. The circle helps to develop fine control over the hips. Downward loops can also be performed.

• The Cradle and more loops-The further development of the regular exercise with loop but with additional loops added which places more emphasis of the circulatory and smoothness of action. You first start with two loops, then advance to add more.
Dancing is also a great form of exercise and can be loads of fun. Learning how to perform salsa dancing is an excellent way to develop flexibility endurance, improve the body’s appearance, improve health, all with a few well executed seductive moves. One will be shocked at the result of incorporating dance such as the Rumba, which is a form of basic Latin rhythm, which teaches stationary movement and introduces an open movement with a partner. Those who receive adequate training may enjoy performing the following Latin dances.
